Internet of things (IOT) – EduBloc

Internet of things (IOT)

What is this course about?

The Internet of Things (IoT), also called Internet of Everything is the network of physical objects or “things” embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and connectivity to enable objects to exchange data with the production, operator and/or other connected devices based on the infrastructure of International Telecommunication Union’s Global Standards Initiative. The Internet of Things (IoT) is about devices and services delivering end-to-end solutions. Although the IoT market is made up of many vertical segments, most applications that can make use of Internet connected devices have a common foundation. For example – smart cities, basic wearable’s and smart home devices require basic OS functionality like drivers, device security and provisioning support
